Refund Policy

1. Return and Cancellation Policy

Customers of Veluce Eyewear Switzerland have the right to return unworn products within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from returns.

2. Return process

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@veluce-store.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.
After confirmation, you will receive the necessary return information. The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or delivered defective.
After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued via the originally used payment method.

3. Refunds and exceptions

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return.
Veluce reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the stated conditions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty or incorrect delivery.
