Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded by a customer with Veluce Eyewear Switzerland, Veluce Dias Lopes, Glattpark 8152 Zurich (hereinafter referred to as "Veluce") via the online shop www.veluce-store.ch.
1.2 Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless Veluce expressly agrees to their validity.
1.3 For the purposes of these terms and conditions, customers are both consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes. A business is any natural or legal person who acts in the course of their professional or commercial activity.

2. Conclusion of the contract

2.1 The products displayed in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 The contract is concluded as soon as Veluce confirms the order by e-mail or dispatches the goods.
2.4 Order processing is automated and handled via email. The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address where they can receive notifications.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT.
3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the customer unless free shipping is offered.
3.3 The payment methods available are those specified in the online shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Twint, prepayment).

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Shipping is to the address provided by the customer. Deliveries within Switzerland usually take 2–5 working days, within Europe 5–10 working days.
4.2 If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address information or the customer's absence, the customer shall bear the resulting additional costs.
4.3 The risk passes to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Unworn glasses can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
5.2 The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
5.3 Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the return, using the original payment method.

6. Warranty

All products are covered by statutory warranty rights. In the event of defects, Veluce undertakes to provide a replacement or refund in accordance with the statutory provisions.

7. Vouchers and promotions

7.1 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period and cannot be paid out in cash.
7.2 Gift vouchers are valid until the end of the third year after purchase and can only be redeemed in the online shop.

8. Liability

Veluce is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is Zurich, Switzerland.
