Shipping Policy

1. Shipping and delivery times

All orders from Veluce Eyewear Switzerland are carefully packaged and shipped from Zurich.
Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 2 to 5 working days, and for orders within Europe 5 to 10 working days.
Please note that longer delivery times may occur during holidays or promotional periods.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over CHF 100.
Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee of 9.50 CHF.
International shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process.

3. Shipment tracking and delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track the shipping status at any time.
Veluce accepts no liability for delays caused by the shipping service provider.

Should your package arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@veluce-store.ch so that we can find a solution.
